"I was not aware of Kasuri linen before these beautiful shorts but boy am I glad I know now. Kasuri linen is a traditional Japanese way of weaving linen that gives it an effect/image. The Kasuri "effect" in this csae is utilizing the blue and taupe yarns to look almost like chambray/check.
